As a customer of Alaska Residential Services, INC, I have to say that their service is average. The response time is okay, but sometimes it takes longer than expected. The technicians are skilled, but there have been instances where they couldn't fix the problem on the first visit. Overall, they are reliable, but there is room for improvement.
