Plum Street Snowball is an average company. The snowballs they sell are okay, but nothing special. I've had better elsewhere. I prefer snowballs with more flavor options and a smoother texture. The service was decent, but not outstanding. Overall, it's an okay place to get a snowball, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again.
