My father was in ER since last month, front desk receptionist so nice, but nurse RN so rude after we sent inside, 10hours waiting never seen doctor come and ask only nurse, no update what s going on during waiting, only nurse check chat, bully, gossip and harassed to patients, want to discharge them if they had a hard time, I respected to other nurse that doing good job but some of them SO Rude!
