WORST !! WORST !!! THE WORST !!

WORST !! WORST !!! THE WORST !!

Only apartment that charge fee for Gate Remote keys but the gates are always open.

Swimming pools were closed most of the months in a year. VERY OLD Apartment and hence lot of issues.

They never fix the issue on time, just do the workarounds and finally they charge when you move out.

AC / Fridge and all the appliances are old, very well used. Very old toilet bowls.

VERY poor representatives and managers. They always raise the voice and talk as if they are correct always. They never agree to your concerns.

They try to get money from you in the form unacceptable fines.
Finally I have seen Cops inside the apartments many times for whatever the case which I don't know.

NOT SECURE TO LIVE HERE.

And I dont know why the hell the price of a single bed room is 1170 now. It worth only $500.

I NEVER SUGGEST THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE.
