I have been subjected to the incompetence of the FOC for a year and a half now. I have never, in my 48 years of life, experienced such an inefficient, ineffective, confusing and frustrating organization in my entire life! The number of mistakes made in support payments calculations, the fact that both parties have to pay their attorneys to fix all the FOCs mistakes (cost me thousands of dollars), the hostility and bias of some of the employees, the difficulty with trying to get some accountability, and the incredibly slow speed with which this organization operates, would be criminal in a non governmental agency.

The FOC is a truly disgusting representation of what government has become in this country. It has been incredibly discouraging to to learn the hard way that our family court system represents a banana republic style, abuse of government power.
