I would say it must be really a good place for printing books, but the owners are not very friendly.

I asked to print one A3 drawing. The owner said I should go to officework and it would be very expensive to print at here. For $20. I was in a rush. So I agreed. But the two owners were just loathe to do my printing.

I think it is just rude.

No matter how big the job is, I am still a customer. I paid $20 dollars. I don t deserve to be treated as if I am doing things wrong. It just made my tough day tougher. Really not happy with this.
