I have mixed feelings about my experience with Grupo Casamia. On one hand, their customer service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to address all my concerns. However, I wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the furniture I purchased. Some of the pieces had minor flaws, which was disappointing considering the price I paid. I would rate my experience as average.
