Literally spent 5 hours on the phone in a queue of...

Literally spent 5 hours on the phone in a queue of 14 people for an agent to book my free cruise. I was down to 3 and the call automatically disconnected at 9:30 CT. Great customer service... NOT.

EDIT: SO I called them today and they edited the terms of our agreement of a free family cruise for my two small sons who'd share a room with us and NOW that's an issue. Asked for a supervisor and the CSR refused and hung up. I could buy the cruise through a travel club- for less than they want to charge- on top of port fees (with better accommodations at that). Free Cruise... Ha haha ha. Freaking joke.
