I worked with Mike McNeley on getting a new a Chevy Cruze. He was beyond amazing! He called me shortly after my inquiry online and was very helpful. When speaking with him in person, he listened to what I wanted/needed and never pushed anything on me. I have never experienced service like this in the past. The best part of this experience was how quickly the Karl Chevrolet Team was able to get me into my new vehicle and on the road! I plan on referring my friends and family who are in the market for a new vehicle to Karl Chevrolet! Thank you again Mike!
