member of staff seemed to have very little knowledge about anything.wether it was car or pcp. Looked unkempt and dirty smelt of smoking and BO,claimed he drove company MX5 the management should be sacked for letting him turn up looking like that.young lad first started to deal with us this salesman seemed to bully him out of that. I am 55 kept telling me price didn't matter has it doesn't change pcp deal much .If I wanted to hire a car I would have gone to Hertz.obvioudly days of being listened to or buying things are over.
