Ivyrose LLC is an average company. The products are decent, but nothing special. The customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes they are helpful and responsive, other times they are unprofessional and rude. Overall, I would say their service is satisfactory. I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend them, but I wouldn't actively discourage someone from using their products either.
