In my opinion, really unreliable and not very transparent!
They made an offer to buy our car and then, arrived at the place (although we had asked for confirmation of the assessment before leaving, living a 4-hour drive from them), have lowered the assessment of over 2,000 without giving detailed explanations . The only defect highlighted in the technical evaluation stage was 3 slight scratches on the body (in places even not very visible, such as under the bumper or at the edge of the passenger step).
Also unclear in the definition of their roles towards the client: initially the manager of the administration said that the evaluation had been made by the evaluation office and she could not change it; then, when we asked to speak with the assessor, she said it was her ... mah! ...
