The folks at Vistana Villages are terrific. They are not rolling over because the business is down due to COVid. They remain dedicated to providing the best possible customer service and are taking the time to do the needed refurbishments to keep the facility top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back.
