I ve never had a problem with CJ Barrymore s until now. We took our son there for his birthday. This turned out to be the worst experience ever. There is no rating that I can ever give that could express my true dissatisfaction. So let s start with a -2,000,000 in which I think is being overly nice. The waitress lost my credit card.A customer found my credit card and actually brought it to the table. There are some very honest people in this world I appreciate her so much. God bless her and her family. The next incident the waitress charges someone else s bill to my credit card. I had to call back that same night as I was going through my receipts. I spoke to a very nice manager who looked into the issue and The waitress admits to him she wasn t supposed to charge that bill to my card. So when was she going to take the initiative to have it corrected. What would ve happened had I not reviewed my account and my receipts.The manager keep up on everything to make sure the amount was returned however I have to wait a little better than a week to receive my money back. There is a hold on it until CJ Barrymore s actually gives it to my bank. SMH. People in customer service rather it is waitressing ,sales etc. your errors make a negative impact on the customer and it is unfair please do your jobs correctly. Customer service nowadays is completely unacceptable people are just looking for a paycheck and have no pride in their jobs. This is not towards every customer service person some do a great job it is just unfortunate that there are more bad customer service people than good please take pride in your jobs. Or we as customers will keep our money in our pockets!
