I would rate Adseed gmbh as average. Their website adseed.de is fairly easy to navigate and find information. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and when I did receive a response, it wasn't always helpful. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer support.
