I had an average experience with BTL Portugal. The website btl.pt is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and the staff seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall, I wouldn't say it was a great experience, but it wasn't terrible either. I hope they can improve their customer service to provide a better experience for future customers.
