I have been a customer of ProntoTV for a few years now and I must say they have been consistently average in their service. While their website is user-friendly and the overall experience is satisfactory, there have been a few instances where I faced issues with their customer support. The response time was slow and the solutions provided didn't always resolve the problem. However, I must give them credit for improving over time.
