I have to weigh in. No employer that has any ethic should use this company.

I am currently quite happy with my job. Today, after one of their recruiters called me twice, I picked up the phone and said What! The next thing you know I am being told I should remove my resume from various sites, like Career Builder if I m not looking for work. I replied, It s my choice if I leave it there, not your call. She replied F - - - Y - - . I could not believe it. Her name, I do not mind reporting, is Alexandria Hester.

I immediately called management and said I never wanted to hear from their organization again for any reason. Obviously their recruiters are under extreme pressure to perform, and seek to pull employees away from their current positions and interrupt their work day with no apology by calling over and over and over again. I cannot imagine how any of this is in the best interest of a perspective employee, or employer!
