I recently got my website designed by a web design company and the experience was satisfactory. The team at James Arthur Design Co was responsive and delivered a decent website within the given timeframe. However, I felt that the design lacked innovation and the overall impact was average. They fulfilled my basic requirements, but I was expecting something more exceptional.
