My experience with Roomloo was overall positive. The website was easy to use, and I found a suitable room in a decent location. The room was clean and met my basic needs. However, I had some minor issues with the customer service response time. It took longer than expected to get a response to my queries. Nonetheless, I would consider using Roomloo again in the future.
