I have been a customer of Rutter Communications Network, LLC for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The network coverage is decent and the internet speeds are satisfactory. However, I have faced intermittent connectivity issues in the past which can be quite frustrating. The customer support is also just average, as they often take a long time to resolve any issues. Overall, I wouldn't say it's a bad service, but there is definitely room for improvement.
