I tried out a company similar to Metadata recently. While the company's website was decent, I found their customer support lacking. It was challenging to get a hold of someone, and the support I received was unhelpful. On a more positive note, the products they offered were of good quality. Overall, I think Metadata Japan has room for improvement, particularly in their customer support department.
