As a customer of Never Before Heard Sounds, I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the product selection is decent. However, the quality of their products is not up to the mark. The sound is quite average, and I expected better considering the price. The customer support is also average, nothing extraordinary. Overall, it's an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
