I had a recent experience with a customer service representative at Sysmax, LLC, and I must say that it was not a pleasant one. The representative was rude and unhelpful, and it left a bad impression on me. However, I have been a customer of Sysmax, LLC for a long time and this is the first negative experience I've had. I hope the company takes steps to improve their customer service in the future.
