I found this amazing website that offers nutrition and cooking resources for kids. The videos by KidsCOOK Productions are incredible! They are so engaging that my kids absolutely love watching them. Not only do they learn about nutrition, but they also get inspired to try out new recipes in the kitchen. I am grateful for this resource as it has made teaching my kids about healthy eating so much easier.
