The training is to much for only a few days. I was in the army and when I got out I thought this place would be great. During training the make you run for 8 hours, and you don't get a break. Not even for water. If you ask for one then you get smoked. I'm talking just like in the military, a bunch of us threw up. There training ideas is to make you tired, yell at you, put you down, throw 10000 things at you and expect you to know everything in the first hour. The staff training you are rude, entitled, arrogant, know it all's. I have over a year as a cop and I was trying to tell them that some of the things they teach are illegal, like the training staff proudly said they put a suspect in handcuffs and kept him in handcuffs for over 6 hours. That's illegal. They say you are not allowed to make arrests, but you are allowed to detain people for as long as you like. No you are not. Also if you disagree with them you are fired. They don't care about you at all. They talk down to you. Also if you have any training, you have to hide it. My military and police training is ingrained in me. But they want you to do these crappy moves that in real life will get you killed. I went there for the pay, it was almost $15k more then I was making as a cop. If I had known I wouldn't have gone there. Also the person in charge at the site was very rude. And to top it all off they made up stories about me. And they had me go threw the evaluation, where they shot me at least 100 times at point blank range with airsoft guns. They shot just at me no one else during the training. I get they had a problem with me but that's not how you treat someone. Be prepared to give everything for this company but get nothing back. The training is very long and the hours jump all over the place. One week it was 6am till 5pm the next it was 2pm till 12, then 11 to 7, then 7am till 4pm, then 1pm to 11pm.
