Where to start. First off the management here is top heavy. To many Chiefs and not enough Indians. Ask any classified employee and they will tell you how bad it really is. They should not be making employees work out of classification because what would you need a personal commission for. Personal commission doesn't call the shots apparently. Seiu union is a joke. Take your money and do nothing for you when you are done wrong by incompetent managers. Management replacing senior workers with part time student employees with little or no training. Seiu union looks the other way because they don't really care about you. There are employees working out of class and are being paid as much as $11,000 a year to much. Management has some very sneaky ways to get rid of some one just because they don't kiss there you know what.
