I have been a customer of Pete Kracht for a while now and I must say, their service is average. The quality of their products is decent, but there is nothing exceptional about them. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly, but sometimes it takes a bit longer to get assistance. Overall, I would say they are just an average company.
