I have been using Neurobotics for a while now and I must say, their service is quite average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but their customer support could be better. The response time is a bit slow and sometimes I have to wait for days to get a reply. However, they do provide satisfactory solutions to my queries in the end.
