Sorry to say this because I have been a loyal customer for many years. I visited their Alabama Street, Redlands CA location on 12/4/18 to celebrate two birthdays. Had I known the restaurant was under construction I would have gone elsewhere. All walls were stripped down to concrete backer-board, dust everywhere ... down right dirty. Further, our cheeseburgers were overcooked, tough and tasteless. The French fries were okay and our server was mediocre. I am surprised the health department would allow them to remain open and serve the public under such circumstances. Next time, we go to TGI Fridays!
