I really enjoy this gym for many reasons!! First the owner Dave is so kind and patient with me and understands my goals. I know he's very knowledgeable and will help me reach my goals. Secondly the gym is a perfect size and I'm 100% comfortable! If your looking for a trainer who will help lose weigh and keep it OFF or just want a easy gym this is the place!!
