Being a customer of East Caribbean Financial Holding Co. Ltd., I must say that their services are average but have room for improvement. The website is user-friendly, but sometimes it can be a bit slow. Their customer support team is responsive, but not always able to resolve issues immediately. Overall, they are a decent company to work with.
