Saw two cars online and found 2 of my interest located at Lumberton Kia Mazda dealership.Contacted them via text message of my convenience and was responded immediately by the agent of web site(CarGurus). She transferred me right away to the dealership agent (Alexis) and she was wonderful providing me all the information I needed and answering all the questions I had.
Came from Myrtle Beach the next day to look at both of the cars. Got greeted right away and since Alexis was not there, salesman Hector was our assistant of the day. Very friendly and helpful guy! I test drove both of the cars and left with the one I didn t expect to leave.
Hector led me through all the process patiently and I was happy to go home with the new car! Want to thank all the participating Lumberton Kia Mazda dealership staff for being helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!
