I had an average experience with Coast Guard Historical Society. The website of the company, thecghs.org, is easy to navigate and provides a lot of useful information. However, the customer service could use some improvement. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow, and the staff seemed a bit indifferent. Overall, it was an alright experience.
