I had an average experience with 8titude - Design Lab. While they delivered the work on time, I felt that the design could have been more creative and aligned with my vision. The communication was satisfactory, but there were a few instances where my requests were not fully understood. Overall, an average experience, but I would consider exploring other options next time.
