Red Robin Group is an average company. Their website, redrobingroup.com, is well-designed and user-friendly. However, their customer service is lacking. The staff was not very helpful or friendly when I visited their office. I expected better from a company of this caliber. Overall, my experience with Red Robin Group was just average.
