I waited for a quote. After phoning Steven twice, still nothing. I went in eventually, which I didnt want to do due to covid. After waiting and eventually getting someone's attention the tidious wait of 45mins to buy 1 item just puts the cherry on top. Please can someone do something. Its continuous bad service and I absolutely dread having to deal with you guys.
