I have been a customer of Norcros plc for several years now and I must say their services have been consistently average. While they do a satisfactory job, I feel that there is room for improvement. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes too long to get a response from them. Overall, I would say that they are an okay company to work with.
