I am a customer of Gruppo mcs and I have been using their services for the past two years. The experience has been average overall. The customer support is responsive but sometimes it takes a bit longer to get a resolution. The quality of their products is good, but I have experienced some issues with delivery. Overall, I would rate Gruppo mcs as an average company.
