I had an average experience with Annex Experience. Their website, annexexp.com, was easy to navigate, but I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and the representatives seemed uninterested in assisting me. However, the quality of their products was satisfactory. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
