I had a mixed experience with Roberts Rentals. The customer service was excellent, but the vehicle I rented was not in the best condition. It had some issues with the brakes, and the interior wasn't very clean. However, the staff was quick to address my concerns and offered me a discount for the inconvenience. Overall, I would still recommend them as their customer service is great, but I hope they improve the maintenance and cleanliness of their vehicles.
