As a customer of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Los Angeles, I must say that my experience with the company has been average. The instructors were knowledgeable and the facilities were well-maintained. However, I felt that the program was lacking in terms of hands-on experience. The classes mostly focused on theory rather than practical skills. Overall, it was an okay experience.
