Gave them a single star only because I couldn't figure out how to do a half star. Placed an order and it was mysteriously lost and oddly no one had a memory of receiving such a call, yet they took my phone number and name. Returned back to where I placed the call and confirmed that I did indeed call them. The time prior to that, I placed a large order for several people. Some of the order was missing. POOR SERVICE may be an understatement.
