I have been a customer of Western telcom, inc. for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. Nothing extraordinary, but also nothing too disappointing. The internet connection is stable and the customer support is responsive, although sometimes their solutions are not very helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
