I have been using CloudCRM for quite some time now, and I must say it has been an average experience. The platform provides all the necessary features for CRM management, but there are a few areas that could be improved. For instance, the customization options are limited, and the integration with other tools could be smoother. Nevertheless, it is a decent CRM product for small businesses.
