Casual Steps is an average company overall. The website layout is simple and easy to navigate, but I found their customer service a bit lacking. The delivery of my order took longer than expected, and when I reached out to inquire about it, the response I received was not very helpful. However, the quality of the shoes I purchased was decent, so I can't complain too much. Overall, it was an okay experience.
