I recently had the opportunity to work with Microsource Discovery Systems, Inc. and I must say, their services are average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but I found their customer support to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slower than expected and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, I had an okay experience with them.
