I must say that DevolveIN has been an average experience for me. They have provided decent services but nothing that stood out. The website, devolvein.com, is functional and easy to navigate. However, I expected more from their team as they claim to be experts in their field. The communication was average and they could have been more proactive in keeping me updated on the progress of my project. Nevertheless, they did deliver the end product on time.
