I've had mixed experiences with Dextra. Sometimes they have gone above and beyond to help me, but other times their customer service has been lacking. Overall, I would say my experience has been average. The website is easy to use and navigate, but there have been a few technical glitches that have caused frustration. I appreciate their commitment to continuously improving their services, but there is definitely room for more improvement.
