I had a mixed experience using the poundwishes.com website. While the website itself is easy to use and has a good selection of pets, the communication with the rescue organization was lacking. It took a while to get a response, and even then, the information provided was not very helpful. I think there is room for improvement in the customer support aspect of Poundwishes.
